Fantastic taste, cooks up quick, super easy to make, great to have in house for those moments when the sweet tooth wants to crush your cut.

1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp splenda
1 handful of raisins
1/4 tsp baking powder
sprinkle of cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 egg white
1/4 cup non sweetened apple sauce

Mix everything together, and poor onto a non-stick baking sheet (one big cookie). Bake at 350 degrees for fifteen minutes.

When it's done, use a pizza cutter to slice it into quarters and lock in ziplock bag until the evil sweet tooth attempts to sabotage your goals.

Enjoy!

they seem like they would be dry? do they still break apart softly?

Actually, they are quite soft. In fact, some days I prefer to let them sit out for a day to crisp up a bit to get a little more of a crunch from them. The applesauce keeps them very moist.
