ok im sure everyone knows how to make "sludge" but just in case:

2 tablespoons of almond butter or peanut butter
1 well rounded scoop of chocolate (other flavors work im on rocky road right now yumm) whey protein powder

just enough water to get that sludgy (kinda like nutella spread) consistency -

well here's how i take it to the next level and turn a sludge snack into a super sludge meal replacement!

take that sludge and add to it about a half a cup of cottage cheese (i buy the all natural 1% which only has 3 grams of carb/sugar per half cup serving)

mix it good - and then throw in there about 3/4 a cup of Uncle Sam Cereal - for those who dont know this is great stuff, a blend of toasted whole grain wheat flakes and flaxseed - and only 1 gram of sugar per 3/4 cup serving!!

ok not trying to sound like a commercial but man i love this i eat it daily dont get sick of it! sometimes i throw it in the freezer for a few minutes to let it get a little more ice creammy / cold frosting type of texture - other times i just mix and devour!!!!!!!
