I am trying to get an idea of how many folks out there would like to get in on a bulk meat purchase?

I am located in North Georgia, and have found a good source of organic, grass & grain-fed beef, lamb and pork.
My only problem is quantity, I dont have the space to keep that much meat at one time.
If a half, or full cow were to be split by several people it would make it a very reasonably priced way to stock up on execellent quality meat.

I dont have one lined up yet, but just want to put some feelers out.
