    Spicy Relish


    I am on a cut and the gocery store where we shop was giving a promotional complementary peppers, I didn't know what to do with them so I put 2 packs in the food processor (about 30 small peppers) with 2 medium sized onions. I then added plenty of Hot chilli sauce as these were sweet peppers (I guess if you had hot you wouldn't need the chilli sauce), I added balsamic vineagar and olive oil and it made a damn fine relish. I use this on my tuna, and chicken or even on brocolli. I make enough for the week with this recipe.
