lunch today

  1. lunch today


    i made this in like 5 minutes today

    1 big can of tyson's canned chicked (10 oz chicken)
    warmed up in microwave (45 sec)

    1 bag uncle bens 90 second rice (microwave)

    1/2 can of canned corn (warmed up)

    mix together.

    add

    2 glops of barbecue sauce to the mix

    hot sauce

    its a big ass plate of food with everythin a growin boy needs, fast and cheap.

    A growing boy needs HFCS? Nah...
    Don't most of BBQ and other sauces contain heaps of HFCS or other kinds of corn syrup.
    That doesn't sound like a good way to gain weight to me.
    ...Also chicken from a can is not something you could ever get me to eat.

    please dude. its cheap and gotta be better than "eating your oatmeal raw". If you can do that nasty ass **** canned chicken should be a step up. and who gives a **** about HFCS, ill burn it off in like 2 minutes with my metabolism. its a cheap and fast meal for someone in college. who gives.

  5. chicken is fine from a can, you can get good brown or whole grain rice from uncle bens in a pouch and veggies. the only prob i c is the b sauce. subtitute something else and your good to go. no biggie
