im not sure on the percentages of fat, carbs or protein but it seems alright and looks reasonably healthy.

1 banana
2 whole eggs
2-3 scoops protein powder
1/4 to 1/3 cups oats
1 small tub of low fat yoghurt
1/2 cup milk
and just throw that in a blender and it makes almost 1 litre

tastes pretty good and is sweet enough.
the oats and milk is just an estimate so just play around with that.
what do you guys think of it?
