The bullet make it easy for your single serving shakes. Easy cleanup. Here's what I usually do.
handful of frozen fruit
skim milk, just enough to cover the fruit
tablespoon of flax seed powder
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder
blend and enjoy

Yes, it does make cleaning easy, my wife hates when i break out the huge blender, this is why I got this.. Thanks for the recipe bro

i use mine for pre and post-WO as well as "weightgainer" shakes.
I'm bulking so calories are vital to me.
Pre I will use malto, beta-alanine and AAKG to wash down 200mg caffeine pill.
Post is 50gm whey, 50gm malto, made with whole milk.
Weightgainers are 50gm whey, 50gm malto, 4Tbsp EVOO, made with whole milk.
nothing fancy as you can see. but one weightgainer is 1K cals

anyone know where to get the magic bullet for less than $50?? i used to have one and I want another one but I dont wanna pay half a hundo for a lil blender. anyway I used to stuff a full banana, berries, 1tbs of PB, 1.5 scoops of whey all in there.

My smoothie consists of carrot juice, blueberry juice, mangoes, pineapple, peaches, banana, choco protein powder and hemp seeds yogurt and goats milk. Yummy!!!!

be careful with it and dont run it for more than 2-4 second PULSES. do not let it run longer without pulsing it.
ive gone through 2 of them over a few years.. they last about a year or so before they 'burn out' and emit a lovely stench of fried electronics.
i use mine every morning
1 scoop protein
1 scoop ground flax
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
4 shakes cinnamon powder
2 tbsp instant coffee/expresso
H2O to fill.
breakfast of champions
sometimes ill add yougurt or milk depending on my caloric needs for the day. i will also add in a banana or whatever is available.

I'll throw my oatmeal in and blend it into a fine powder, then all you have to do is add a little water, throw the oatmeal in the microwave, and boom, oatmeal in a minute. you can put down a LOT more without feeling full because it doesn't take much water when the oats are ground up.

I love mine.. muc better then a blender IMO.. real easy to clean I just blend it then pour it in a cup or mug and the blender cup rinse right out pretty well.

I got a magic bullet for Christmas and love it. I make my shake with about 1 to 1 1/2 cup crushed ice, 1/2 cup skim milk, few squeezes of caramel topping and 1 scoop whey protein.
These amounts might not be 100% accurate due to I just eye ball it to fit into the blender. Also not a bulk shake.

I love my magic bullet ! I use it every morning to make my shakes. It was one of the best investments I have made.

I have been using mine every morning for at least 2 years now and regularly run it for 10 sec or so - I have spilled some stuff down in the motor - it might be providing some lubrication.
Sometimes the oats get stuck on the blade a bit and it makes quite a racket, though...
Great little tool - I also drink out of the cup - they have handles and a little ring that screws onto the threaded portion. Quick wash, drop into the dish rack and it's ready to go again.
