healthy and spicy stir fry

i love to eat this everyday plus i get my coconut oil added to my diet

first i take organic coconut oil and get it to a medium heat..not to high or it splashes.. once oil is ready i add fresh garlic or minced garlic.. freshly grated sea salt..fresh grated black pepper..and crushed red pepper..i let it all soak up in the oil..
then i add diced red onion and let them cook for about 3-4 minutes then i add fresh sliced mushrooms and let cook for about another 2-3 minutes and they will soak up flavor of spices..then i add 2 cups of fresh cut brocoli and cook for another 5 minutes or so..constantly turning to spread flavor..make sure heat is not to high or it will basically fry veggies..when brocoli is slightly tender but still crunchy i add 2 cups of fresh raw spinach...turn the leave over slowly..keep on heat no longer then 1-2 minutes as this is enough to cook spinach... then serve

veggies will have oily texture to them but the wide ranges of flavors mixed is awsome..sometimes i switch from brocoli to asparagus or green beans
