i dunno about you but i always need to let the coffee cool a bit otherwise it "cooks" my protein and makes it lumpy and chewy. This is a great recipe though ive been doing this for awhile now.

I was just coming over here to post up the same thing (similar, anyway). When I brew coffee in the morning I always have a cup or two left over. I stick it in the fridge, then go to class and what not. A few hours later, take the coffee out of the fridge, add a scoop of ATW Cup Cake batter and whatever else i'm in the mood for (vanilla extract, cinnamon, cocoa powder, etc.). Its just like a Starbucks Fraapucino (sp. ?). I'm sure it would be good blended with Ice as well, if you're into that sort of thing.
Great mid-day boost with leftover coffee, and a hell of a lot cheaper and healthier than any frozen coffee drinks out there.
