Need Fiber? Mexican Bean Salad

Just made this last night...ate a ton of it, and then used a bunch more to make an omelette this morning! LOVE IT!

1 15 ounce can black beans
1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans
1 15 ounce can dark red kidney beans
1 15 ounce can pinto beans
10 ounces frozen corn kernals (I used the whole 16 ounce bag)
1 Tbs. vegetable oil (I used olive oil)
1 tsp. cumin
2 Tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. lime juice (I used ALL the juice on 1 lime)
8 ounces chunky salsa (I used about a cup and a half)
1 pinch dried parsley (I used 2 Tbs. of Cilantro)

pour beans and corn into colander and rinse thouroughly

in a large mixing bowl toss beans and corn with remaining ingrediants

chill and ENJOY!

This is super filling! Ate some for b-fast with my eggs, and I am still full at 10:30...usually I am starving by now.
