    okay you need a blender, first:

    some chocolate syrup
    4 xl eggs
    3 tablespoons peanut butter
    2 scoop of chololate ice cream
    2 cups of milk
    handful of frozen blue berries
    1 medium sized banana
    some ice (5 cubes)



    ps. if you dont want to add the banana and blue berries, it still tastes great

    it has about 60 grams of protein.


  2. if u want to make it a non weight gainer shake-
    eat only the white of the eggs
    get ovltine powder
    get some sweet ass natty peanut butter
    instead of the choco ice cream use frozen yogurt....
    and skim milk all the way
    and keep the ****in fruit in. that is the most nutritionally helpful part.

    but then again thats just if u want a non weight gainer and more generally healthy shake.

    dude that's not a shake that's a sundae, sounds tasty though.
