ok here it is.

2 serving dry quinoa flakes
1/2 cup whole wheat flower
1/2 TBSP baking powder
1 packet Maple brown sugar cream of wheat
1 cup Rice milk
2 whole eggs
1 TSP Almond oil

makes about 5 medium sized pancakes,
approx 28g carbs, 2.5g fat, protein- i didnt count lol

syrup i was thinking of this.... havent tried it yet though so if some one wants too lemme know how it is...

6 fat free sugar free Jell-O (fruit flavored)
1 scoop Flavorless Whey from True protein
