not a problem man, hope you like it. its great for a breakfast when you dont have time for cooking eggs and all that. throw some stuff in a blender and chug. its nice and quick and has everything you need for the morning!!

looks good man - being the morning and all, it's good to add in some oats for slow-digesting carbs.

I would knock out 1 cup of milk, add in 0.5 to 1 cup of oats.

I sometimes throw something like this together in the blender, then pour it into a thermos - makes about 1L, and take 4x 250ml cups during the day

start something similar in 8 days.

almond butter, half banana, 4 strawberries, 2 scoops whey

im a lactose intolerant guy, id end up losing more weight on that shake then gaining haha

yea raw egg with fruit, must be delicious....

I still dont see why you cant take 2 minutes to cook the eggs - digests better, no risk of disease, bioavailability almost doubled!!!

Personally I don't want cooked eggs in my smoothie.

BTW - make sure you keep this mixed up or you will get all of the olive oil at the end - was burping the taste of the **** up for an hour in class afterwards

he didnt mean cooked eggs in the shake. he meant to EAT the cooked eggs.
and why bother with pasteurized egg whites? just dump more whey in.

wow, this must be a great breakfast! i must try this. but i'm quite hesitant with raw eggs on a shake..

I would think this is more than 60g pro. 2 whole eggs is 12g, 2 cups milk is 16, 2 scoops of whey(depending on brand) is usually around 44g. 72g. right?

Unless I'm raising the chickens and my kids are plucking the eggs daily.......No F'N raw eggs for me!

Try eating at a truckstop before you go hunting out west. It'll ruin your expensive trip!

Or your week!

i use whole milk, 2 raw eggs, a banana, 2 scoops of ice cream, berries...etc, oatmeal oats, 2 scoops of whey with ice cubes. great cals and carbs and protein for morning. then 1 hr later i will actually eat breakfast.

what can you put in instead of raw eggs cuz i dont want raw eggs in it?

why dont you want raw eggs? once you mix it in the blender you dont even taste it. you can get egg beaters, which is like the exact same thing lol there are no other options of eggs except eggs.

cooking eggs doubles their bioavailability and improves the digestion of eggs. there was a good thread around not too long ago about raw eggs. plus like someone said earlier, you didnt grow those eggs so its always safer to cook.

I've been looking for something like this...I'm getting so sick of hard-boiled eggs and peanut-butter covered fruit at the cafeteria. Thanks!
