Great lunch menu
1 whole wheat tortilla
4-6 oz grilled chicken (boneless, skinless)
1/2 cup hummus
3 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup carrots
lay tortilla out flat. spread hummus on tortilla. lay carrot (which was shredded into strips) and spinach leaves into hummus and top with grilled chicken!! YUM! so good and so healthy once again.
