    Great lunch menu

    Needed:

    1 whole wheat tortilla
    4-6 oz grilled chicken (boneless, skinless)
    1/2 cup hummus
    3 cups fresh spinach
    1/2 cup carrots

    lay tortilla out flat. spread hummus on tortilla. lay carrot (which was shredded into strips) and spinach leaves into hummus and top with grilled chicken!! YUM! so good and so healthy once again.

    I have a major in exercise science minor in nutrition so this is my "zone"!

  3. 2 1/2 lbs 96/4 ground beef
    one box healthy harvest noodles(any kind)
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced mushroom
    1 can fat free cream of mushroom
    1 can fat free cream of chicken
    2 cups fat free milk

    cook noodles, onion and mushrooms in the milk and soup mix, brown the beef, drain, add to the mix....season to taste. Makes four servings. This is of my favorite bulking meals! can be used on a diet too with a few substitutions!

  5. Nice tried the top recipe yesterday..good stuff.
    Today im gonna do one of my faves..Grilled Chicken breast or tenderloin strips, a bit of garlic and onion powder. Once grilled lightly brush all pieces with BBQ sauce Low carb or regular. Just a light brush for flavor about 1/2 teaspoon 6g carbs with regular sauce. chop up chicken add shredded cabbage and shredded carrots. Wrap it up and done! BBQ chicken done this way with a bit of brown rice and veggies or salad is also pretty bomb.
