Nutrition fanatic. Heres another one

Try this on for size!! Great breakfast burrito

2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites
1 cup bell pepper (chopped into small squares)
1/2 cup low fat pepperjack cheese (shredded)
4 oz ham (also cut in squares)
2 tbsp. salsa of choice.
1 whole wheat tortilla

scramble the eggs, with the ham. after cooked add bell peppers than cheese to hold peppers to eggs ( do not cook peppers with eggs, makes them soggy)
than add salsa to top it off.

and whole mix into a whole wheat tortilla and enjoy. this is a great breakfast choice. it is high in protein (ham & eggs) high in vitamin C (bell peppers) and slow digesting carbs (whole wheat) comes out to about 500 cals.

Eat along side:

1 whole ruby red grapefruit
1 cup hot green tea (from the bags)

so healthy and so good. good food doesnt have to taste like cardboard.
