whey protein

peanut butter
pumpkin puree
pumpkin pie spice
vanilla extract
splenda or stevia
1tsp salt
whatever else you want

grind up 3 tbsp lecithin into a powder, mix in oil, mix well. add in pb, mix well. add in pumpkin puree and 1.5 cups of water. mix. add in whey protein mix. add in spices and sweetner to taste. mix everything really well, then put it all in an ice cream maker. if you dont have one you can put it in the freezer and mix it with a hand mixer every 20 mins or so.

comes out to about 120g of fat 260g of protein 15g of fiber, 60 g carbs for the whole thing
