I make this when I'm craving something sweet, but don't want to eat some junk.
10oz frozen strawberries
10oz frozen mango
1/2 cup of OJ(I often omit this)
1 fat-free yogurt, strawberry/vanilla
2 scoops of protein powder--usually strawberry/vanilla
2 cups of ice(optional)
You can divide this into as many servings as you wish. I usually break it up into 3 servings. Mix without the ice, put in the chill chest, add ice and mix when ready to eat.
1 serving(based on 3 for the entire container)
