    Throwing in 8oz of liquid egg whites in your protein shake instead of water/milk tastes great. Especially if you want to stay away from the fat/sugar/dairy. Give it a try and see how good it is!

  6. Sodium is really low... about 375mg for 8oz. Just toss in a banana and that should cancel it out

    thanks for the info!!! quick q: why would a banana cancel out the sodium? I was always a believer that sodium was over rated, especially if you drink a gallon + water a day.. I learned that a lot of water cancels out the sodium.. bananas do the same?
