Hey guys,

I don't usually get excited by chain mail letters, but when it involves food, that's a WHOLE different matter! :D

Here's a cake that takes literally 5 minutes to make, I haven't worked out the calories or modified the recipe yet for a 'clean' cheat meal, but I'll probably do that tonight ;)

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.

Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).

Pour out and marvel at your baked wonder :)

Check the attached images to make sure it looks right at each stage.

When I saw this I got to thinking I have everything I need to make this so I gave it a whirl. It didn't turn out too bad I'm impressed. I am curious to know the nutritional facts on it but all in all it was a good recipe. Good job man
