Morning Rice

1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup raisins
1 packet splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon

place rice in microwave safe bowl.
stir in milk,raisins,splenda,vanilla and cinnamon.
cook in microwave 2 minutes on high. Let stand for 1 min.
If to much liquid cook for another min.
If to dry add 2 tlbs more of milk and heat 1 min.
makes 1 serving.

Per serving:
323 calories
9 grams protein
70 grams carbs
1 gram fat
4 grams fiber
