8oz calorie countdown milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
stevia to taste

heat the milk, add the coconut oil, once it melts add the cocoa. if you have an immersion blender use that to get it all mixed, otherwise stir with whatever you have add stevia at the end. Whats nice is the overall macro profile

the cocoa maybe 5 or 6 calories total, not really significant

so end up with a little over 300 calories, 8g protein, the rest mostly fat, but nice healthy saturated fat, which you cant get much elsewhere. 8g of protein isn't much, but as its milk proteins its good for 8 hours or so, particularly with the fats to slow it down. and as a prebed drink you are priming your testosterone production with that much saturated fats
