its nothing too fansy but ive been loving this meal on my "clean" bulk. eating twice a day sometimes

2 whole eggs
1/2 carton egg whites
1 cup cooked brown rice
little bit of cheese
any seasoning u may enjoy (ive been using a garlic pepper)

just toss it in a frying pan, scramble it all up. once the eggs are cooked everything else is cooked too. (i cook a ton of rice all the time ahead of time and refridgerate it)

40g protein
45 grams carbs
15-20grams fat

eating it right now, thought id post it
