I too recently purchased a crock pot...that was one of the greatest investments I've ever made!

timberlakers has posted some great crock pot creations.

but there are also TONS of recipes all over the web for crock pots!

    so far my fav:
    about 3 sweet potatoes
    4 carrots
2 packets of onion soup powder (also used to make dip)
    4lbs beef roast

brown all the sides of the roast

    chop the carrots

chop the SP into large chunks

add carrots and SP to crock pot

place roast on top of carrots and SP's.

mix onion powder with 1/2 cup (I think) of water and then pour that over the roast.

last time I also added a little bit of red wine

cook on low for 8 to 10 hours...YUMMY!

    Easy and cheap Keto Crockpot

2 lbs of boneless pork sirloin chops (the cheap cut)
    2 cans cream of chicken
1 package dry onion soup mix

Combine ingrediants (do not add liquid into soup the fat will make a gravy with it) and cook on low in crock pot 8 hrs. Eat plain or with rice.

    heck yeah!

    I've also used the following:
    4lbs beef roast
    2 cans mushroom soup
1 packet onion powder (mix with soup)

cook it on low for 8 hours...so tender and tasty!
