Need Help with White Turkey Chili Recipe

Looking to make some turkey chili. I am going to try and use ground turkey and possibly throw in some chucks of bake chicken. I am going to use some great northern beans and tomato chunks but not to sure on what else to pick up to throw in it. I am a decent cook but any ideas would be great.

alright so here's what i did

    Ingredients
    1 Pd ground turkey
    1 Med onion
    1 tbl spoon oil
1 baked medium sized Chicken breast
    1 can Great Northern Beans
    1 can tomato chunks
    1 can chicken broth
1 Pack McCormick White Chili Mix

    Directions
I started by dicing the union while the oil heated up in the pot. Once I was done with the onion i threw the ground turkey and onions in the pot on med-high heat. While the turkey was cooking i drained and strained the beans and cut the chicken into bite size chunks. After the turkey was done cooking I mixed in the rest of the ingredients starting with the chicken broth and finished with the chili mix. Let it all simmer for about 20-25 minutes. It makes about 4-6 servings.

You can add some peppers or red chili powder to give it a better kick, but i wanted to start with a basic chili and its pretty good.
