Well, nothing really special here, but it was really good. So, i figured i would post a pic and share...It's salad, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, radishes, chicken breast, and cottage cheese. (I cooked the green peppers, mushrooms and chicken breast together, it gave everything more flavor and i used a tad bit of olive oil to cook with) I used an extra virgin olive oil dressing i made. I mixed extra virgin olive oil, with garlic powder, red pepper, onion powder, salt, and pepper. (I let this sit over night) I only put 1tbs of this on the salad. (120 calories) It made to a perfect lunch in my opinion and was very good. Good protein from the chicken breast and cottage cheese.
