Heres somethin if ur looking for a meal that just has protein and healthy fats for a low carbs meal or if ur on a low carb diet all together.
its very simple but great tasting!
-take 2-3 tbs of natty pb and put them in a bowl or smaller tubberwear container.
-add 1-2 scoops of flavoured protein (i go with chocolate, reeses pieces ne1?)
-add JUST enough water so u can mix it together and it has that pudding like texture, u dont want this runny at all or its like a gross soup.
-put in freezer for about 30 min (or eat it right away) either way its good
its actually quite filling if ur dieting
