.75 pounds of 80/20 ground beef with salt, pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes and garlic salt. Finely chopped up garlic and jalepenos were added in as well, purees of the two work well too. Combine all and cook in a pan until beef is close to finishing then pour two-three eggs on top of the beef and mix until eggs start to congeal, cover, let the eggs cook. Serve it on a dish, put some parmeasan on it.

I've even been using the fat that's rendered out to cook broccoli in, cleans up the fat into the broccoli, adds good flavor.
