    Tuna melt/wrap

Ive tried making this one night and it was actually very delish

    Ingredients:
    Whole wheat wrap (100cal)
can of tuna (solid white is the best)
1/2 cup salsa (the spicer the better)
fat free cheese (i get the slingles with xtra casein)
tblsp spicy deli mustard (optional, but it adds a kick)
    some olive oil

--> 1)mix the tuna, mustard and salsa in a bowl till its blended well
    2) Heat shallow pan with olive oil in it(not too hot or it will start boling)
    3) place the wrap spread out in the pan and rub it on the pan to coat the bottom w/oil
    4) place 2 singles of cheese in the wrap, and place mix on top of the cheese -fold the wrap to cover the mix
    5) place a plate/cover ontop of pan for ~2min-then flip the wrap for aprox. another 1:30-2min
    6) serve and enjoy
    - i usually put some xtra salsa on the side too
