SAVE ME from Pizza, those evil carbs!
:pizza:

I don't know much about that diet and you aren't very specific in what you are looking for so I will just throw some things out there.

Seared Ahi Sashimi

-1 tuna loin same type for sashimi
-1/4 cup rock salt'
-1/8 cup chopped pepper corns
-1/8 cup sugar (you can substitute this)
-1 tbsp red pepper

-Mix all seasonings together in a pan
-Lay tuna loin in seasonings and cover all sides
-Put oil in a frying pan and heat to high temperature
-Sear all sides of tuna loin
-wrap in wax paper and put in fridge for a few hours (it will fall apart when you try and cut it if you don't do this.

Wasabi sauce
-1 cup mayonnaise
-1 1/2 tbsp wasabi
-1 tbsp of minced garlic
-1/2 tbsp pepper
-Garlic salt to taste
- Mix ingredients cut tuna loin and serve with sauce

Buy sausages cut lines down the middle, put cheese inside and wrapp with bacon. Put it in the oven for a while until the bacon is cooked and the cheese is melted. Boom lots of flavor. If you got the doe wrap shrimp and not the cheap crappy ones they don't taste good like this.

Can do with fish, beef, shrimp and chicken. Chicken is the only one you need to cook partially though. equivalent of saveche. 671 Boooyyyy

Bread crumbs are a no no so think of this as I have before, but not tried it. If you cook cheese on a sheet pan it darkens and becomes crispy. Maybe if you put it between paper towels to get some of the oil off and then put it in a food processor you might be able to use it to "bread sh*t".

Crystal light popsicles? Ghetto but low to no carb.

Very good marinate for short ribs, steak fingers or any fatty meat:

-1 cup soy sauce
-1/4 cup water
-1/3 cup sugar ( again substitute to work for you)
-2 Tbsp minced ginger
-2 tbsp minced garlic
-2 tbsp kim chee base
-2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

Haven't tried this but jerk chicken done right is the s hhhhhh.
