| Registered User | Ckd Crew - Turkey Bowl this is one of the tastiest little meals ive ever come up with. -6-8 oz of shredded turkey breast -4 tbsp lite mayo -couple spoonfulls of a vegetable medley put it all in a bowl and mix it up. macros (estimated) 37-40 grams protein 14 grams fat, only 2 of them saturated. minimal carbs - mostly fiber from veggies things id try next time, tbsp of olive oil for some more healthy fats, more veggies, and more turkey! sh1t is bomb. no lie. | Registered User | sounds bomb, but too low in dat fat. not to worry, i'd just drop in a tbsp of olive oil and all'd be good. thanks for the post! I eat Champions for breakfast. I wash em' down and out with river water and trees, you know, for the fiber. |
