| Registered User | Need help with a Whey+Butter recipie I need help with a recipe, it has be low carb. I want it to have anywhere from 1/2 to 1 stick of butter, 2-3 scoops of WPI (Cinnabun, Cupcake batter or Chocolate from ATW is what I have) Looking to make the butter semi soft, put it in a bowl and mix in the whey right before I eat it. I need some other ingredients because I doubt that would taste good. Maybe heavy cream? or some kind of chocolate SF syrup? any nuts that would go good with it ?( I rarely eat nuts) I'm starving on 2,000 calories a day. I will eat your fucking brain. |

| Registered User | Better to use whipping cream and make a sick shake. Use hoods low carb milk, butter, whipping cream, peanut butter, and 2-3 scoops cake batter. Quote:

I actually tried the 1 stick of butter with 4 scoops of cinnabun ATW, Holy F*cking sh*t!!! it really brings out the cinnabun taste and boosts the sweetness A LOTT!!! Quote:
![]() I like the Hoods milk nutritional content but I'm lactose intolerant, I don't think they make lactose free Hoods milk and those "enzymes" lactaid or whatever, don't help one bit. I think the above ingredients minus the milk, extra cream and add water, should be good. Reps for both! I'm starving on 2,000 calories a day. I will eat your fucking brain. | ||
