    Tuna mix, good high balance of fats, carbs, and protein


    What i'll do it take about half of a container of cottage cheese put it into a bowl. add a can of tune to the bowl and finally add half a can of chunk pineapple... it's a bit different but has everything you need...

    try three quarters of a cup of oatmeal, two cans of tuna, tablespoon of light ranch and 3 tablespoons of verde salsa. tis the shiznit with an anabolic pump about 60 min before u hit the gym

    yup.. just mix it all up.. it's an interesting taste but you get use to it... i like to eat the cottage cheese and pineapples of a snack too

    i know...i know.... it sounds friggin digusting. i eat it like a meal tho. cook the oats and add everything else. on the other hand im 1 month out from a contest and dieting pretty hard, so whatever i get the chance to eat always tastes good.
