quick white meat sauce

A quick 10 second mix will have your favorite white mean tasting south of the border. Use with chicken, pork, etc.

for 1 piece of meat add on top:
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp salsa verde
shredded cheddar cheese to your liking

Heat until cheese is melted

BOOM! Instantly delicious.

Alternatively you could use cojita cheese instead of cheddar, and sour cream for a mexican flavor, or crema mesa y queso blanco for a more general latin variation. I usually avoid mayo for some reason, although I suppose depending on the oil used it can actually be quite healthy now that I think about it, considering it's just oil and egg whites.

LOL, you know, a sauce for white meat. Just wouldn't taste right on red meat imo.

Night, yeah you can add different things to intensify the flavor, but I like mine subtle. Peppers, different cheeses, maybe chipotle mustard etc. I'm gonna have some right now! OM NOM NOM NOM
