Good Not To Spicy Chilli

just made this last night and though i would share sorry for there being little to no measurements i do everything to taste

chilli:
in a blender add
3 good size long hot green peppers
1 pabblano (sp) pepper
2 medium-lagre size tomatos
8 gloves of garlic
1 medium size vadallia(sp) onion
add hot sauce
about 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
season salt
garlic powder
chilli powder
crushed red pepper

blend to it till everything is nice and fine chopped then let it sit over night

3.5lbs97%lean ground beef in a pan/pot till browned and almost completely cooked
then add your salsa you made the night before
and add 1 can of black bean soup
1 can of white kidney beans
2 cans of corn kernals
about 160z of water


season it with garlic powder, chilli powder, crushed red pepper, onion salt, cinnamon and season salt to taste let it cook for 1-2 hours stirring it every now and then to keep it from sticking

make sure you use a big pot i made this mistake and ended up having to use a lrage frying pan and medium size pot since thats all i had no big pot for me

the cinnamon is great thats the first thing you smell and taste when your eating it it shouldnt be to over powering and actually helps to cut some of the spiciness out of the dish
