Hello,
I'm new to these forums.
I have a question about purus labs organ shield.
Should i take 4 caps a day or just 2?
On the bottle is says take 2 caps daily, but i don't think it seems right...
CEL cycle assist says to take 4 caps daily but I think organ shield is stronger? I'm not quite sure.
And should I take organ shield with the PH? Or should I space it four hours apart from the PH?

Answered this for you on another forum as well...

I take 2 OS twice daily year round.

I would take OS with meals. I take them with breakfast and afternoon snack.
