LYFESPANS M14e/MDROL SUPERCYCLE
Well, here it is the first MDROL/M14e log, albeit a hasty decision to add the MDROL, the cycle prep wuz far from hasty. I have put a lot of tyme and research into this cycle, everything from bloodwerk, clean diet, and preloaded supps.
LAST CYCLE: 6WK HDROL 152-168 (SHED 4 IN PCT)
CYCLES: this will be my 3rd cycle

My diet will be as clean , and as “whole”, as I can possible keep it. I will be trying to bulk so the caloric intake will be ramping up by the day, as I will be gaining weight by the day. I will be starting out at about 3500cal, and trying to increase each day there after by 100 or more calories. Protein will be 2 gr per pound, and as much good fat as I can get. I will be following the basic rule and to steal his quote, just like his log outline, and lots of advice.

WK ONE: 3500-4200 CAL
WK TWO: 4200-4900 CAL
WK THREE: 4900-5600 CAL
WK FOUR : 5600-6200 CAL
WK FIVE: 6200- 6900 CAL
WK SIX: 6900-7600 CAL

SUPP STACK TIME SCHEDULE:

Well, I did blow up i gained 23lbs., im on my 3 day of pct and feeling great, recycle and research chems are doin their thang. Lifts are still at same weights and holding, i am down 4 pounds though, bcuz like you said, i wuz not able to keep eating like that my final peak caloric intake wuz 6700, i started to have gut trouble with eating so much wuz, felt like i wuz alwayz painfully ful, so i stepped it back to 5500 for the duration , which wuz way above maint. for my weight.

SHOULDERS: warm up in delt machine, alt. lateral db raises, leaning side db raises, bent cable posterior delt, db shrugs

BACK: lat pull down, close grip high pull, standing cable pull overs, seated rows, hyper extensions, pull ups

LEGS: leg ext., leg press, squats supersetted with hacks, lying leg curls, deads, standing calf raises, seated calf raises
*As well, as any werk that needs to be done to help with symmetry , like 10 pound steering wheel turns to help with the right hand side smaller anterior delt, that’s smaller from years of driving a stick, among others.
