I used this product stacked with RSP's Fast Fuel. Tasted great, like a watermelon jolly rancher! Mixability is good might have to give it an extra shake or two. Great recovery! Even have a heavy lifting day, I was less sore and ready to kill it again in the gym. If you're ready to hit some new PR's then I'd definitely recommend this product and I intend on using it again!
