My first impressions of absolute fuel extreme is that it is a high quality thermogenic. The energy is very smooth and not too intense. The #1 aspect to this product is the appetite suppression, I wasn't anywhere near as hungry while using it. The energy lasts about 5 hours and there is no crash to speak of. I did feel slightly warmer throughout the work day which let me know it was working. ,And lastly, there is a mild mood enhancer that helped me through a tough work day! This product will certainly be considered when it is my time to cut again.
