When I purchased this product I lost just about 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Body quickly got used to it and the weight loss including energy boosting effect. It did suppress my appetite during the first two weeks as well only to find myself eating like a horse again shortly thereafter. I think that it is a decent product but I would recommend cycling off any stims you might have been on, including pre-workout stims, before trying Jet Fuel Pyro. Might yield better results then.
