As with all the weight loss supplements I have tried, Ergoshred worked for the first 2 to 2.5 weeks. Body got adjusted and didn't quite feel the effects there after. I did lose about 2 lhs in a month, but it's not enough for me to substantiate if it was due to ErgoShred.
