I use 3 different protein powders on a daily basis. I tend to carry a little more body fat than I would like so this is a GREAT protein to use when you don't want any extra Fat & carbs. Taste Great mixes well. The cost is a little high but I have found if you shop around you can always find a deal !! I mix two scoops in my oatmeal every morning !!
