I was really quite surprised by this product. I wasn't expecting much after trying Blox, but the inclusion of carnitine had me intrigued.
Not usually a fan of creatine mono, I found this to mix well & take effect very quickly. 2 - 3 scoops/day & I saw an increase in size almost immediately, far more so than an HCL powder I've been using. Can't say as I got any bloat either.
Like Blox the flavour, sweetness & colour is over the top, but the White Raspberry flavour is actually quite nice, if too sweet for my liking.
