I received this as a promo from AS. I love this supplement, and it is by far one of my favorite compounds of all time. This version is in easy to use capsules, and they deliver a greet pump when taken about 30-45 minutes pre-workout. Add in some GMS and you will have a massive pump! I also used this before high carb meals and before bed at times. Both times I was both pleased and surprised by the good effects I got (deeper sleep/nutrient partitioning). A staple for any bodybuilder.
