This was a great product, I have been a fan of ON for a while now, their products seem to be well priced and pretty straight forward. This was another great blend of fast, medium, and slow absorption protein. I mainly used it in my post workout gainer shakes and for meal replacements. Can be a bit pricy for a meal replacement but taste great!

I mean I used it for a homemade gainer shakes. I used the pro complex for them. I didn't actually use the pro complex gainer protein. I just add olive oil, oats, a banana, peanut butter, almond milk, and Ice.
