White Flood is a very solid pre. 1 Scoop gives me solid, very clean energy. No crash. I can just feel the beta alanine, from 1 scoop. I am a pump fiend and I have to say, White Flood is not great in the pump area. It does enhance my pump, but nothing crazy. I have only tried the Fruit Punch flavor, and it is definitely solid. It's hard for me to comment on the "Focus" part. I don't seem to be very receptive to nootropics for enhanced focus abilities. Overall, White Flood is a winner. Highly recommended
