- mixes well
- got peanut butter cookie dough, the taste is alright...i add some chocolate whey to it, do'nt care too much for the taste
- blend of the different types of proteins is great for the slow medium and fast digesting that i care most when getting protein besides taste.
Might try another flavor cuz pb cookie dough isn't for me but getting through the tub.
