I've only used this a few times but already looking to get more. There are several good pre workout that give me good energy and a nice pump, but this is the only one does all that and gives me that rock hard feeling that leaves me flexing like an idiot even after my workout is done.

Leg Day
Dose: 3 Caps

Energy: The stim effect this product gave me was good. Not great. It wasn't a drugged out feeling like 1,3 or anything. Just a clean smooth energy that lasted a few hours with no crash. The one thing I'd like to highlight is the energy was there the whole time during the workout.

Endurance: Average. Have had better endurance with other preworkouts, however, this beats other preworkouts in my book in this category. Nothing really caught my eye about this aspect to much unfortunately.

Pump: Little bit above average. Had some decent pumps during the workout today. Nothing compared to Drive however.

Overall Workout: Just a normal day in the gym today to be honest nothing to special.

Conclusion: If I were to pinpoint anything specific I liked about this preworkout it would be not crashing and feeling lethargic after my workout. Comparing this product to other preworkouts I can say its better than some, however, there are better preworkouts IMO. Unfortunately, I can't go into great detail regarding the aspects I covered because it seemed to me as if I didn't respond well to this preworkout.

Very solid pre-workout supplement. Not the best I have tried but definitely a good "go to" preworkout. Stack it with App Nut's Drive and you will not be disappointed.

I didn't have a great deal of experience with supplements that require a couple of weeks to really start working, but after using RPM for the past few weeks, I am really impressed with the experience I've had with RPM. Not only has it burned a solid 10lbs off my frame, RPM has kept my muscles full, my spirits high, and kept my strength up while cutting calories!
I really can't say enough for the vitality I've felt while using RPM. True, I had my doubts during the second week when I wasn't feeling much outside of the caffeine buzz. During the third and fourth weeks, though, I could really feel things change physically and mentally. I felt energized after workouts well into the workday. Most days I had no crash, and the pounds steadily came off. As a matter of fact, as an example of RPM's effects on my well-being, I worked until 9:40 this past Friday night and had to be at work at 9:00am yesterday morning. I left work at 4:00, came home and got cleaned up. Went out with my wife and one of her girlfriends where we danced and got home around 3:30am (true story, I swear). I got up at 7:00 to be back at work by 8:00 and worked until 6:30 this evening, all the while still feeling pretty good and shooting the bird at Father Time! Granted, I don't feel like running a mile right now, but I could do it if I had to!
RPM is a great product. The only two cons I can think of is that it unfortunately takes half a bottle to start really feeling its wonderful effects and the cost. It isn't that much more than other products, especially considering all the things it does, but it is still a bit too pricey to make it part of my regular stack. But, I WILL be using it again!

One of the best products out there for energy, even competes pretty handily with other pure stims with a bucket load of thermogenic compounds. Probably one of the best formulated products to date.
