I'm not talking about members of the forum. I thought I read somewhere you thought Evan Centipani was natty, I don't want to mis-quote you. I suppose I could look it up but I don't wan to when you can make it simplier

  3. ALL ANIMAL BB ARE "marketed" NATTY

  4. if u post on the animal fourm, anything about evan or hosue being on roids, phs or AI they mite ban u

  5. I checked out your Animal Pak forum. From the thread I was reading discussing Evan vs Brewer, I saw some pretty intelligible remarks, it definitely doesn't remind me of BB.com. But just because Animal Pak has a natty philosophy in terms of it's customer base, it doesn't mean on a business aspect they are integral to their philosophy. You sponsor who you think can win and make your product look good in their hands, not which bodybuilder has your own philosophical approach to living.

Hate to burst your bubble, neither Evan or Trey are natty bro, not even close

They were comparing Trey Brewer's carrier vs Evan's, and it was a pretty insightful discussion, I actually enjoyed it. Based on that particular thread I think there's some respectable minds at APK.

Are you asking me why I said he was ridiculous if he isn't placing?

Or did you meant to say "why ISN'T he placing or anything?"

The first answer is -- look at the guy. He is 275 lbs of muscle -- that is why he is ridiculous.

The second answer is -- he is competing in Canada, and I believe he is placing in those competitions.

  12. i just dont "hear" anything about wrath

  13. just to get back to Trey Brewer for a second, I saw some guest posing he did under 2 weeks ago and wasn't impressed. I honestly don't know if he'll be contest ready for such little time out.

  14. I saw those pictures too and no he definitely did not look 9 weeks out, but according to his trainer he looks exactly the way they planned. The fact that he is so young helps drastically with his ability to change and manipulate his body, but either way it's going to be interested if he can come in conditioned.

Heres the photos: Muscular Development Online Magazine

  15. Trey is still really fat. It is not necessary to get out of control fat when bulking.

I'm sure he'll use a bunch of drugs to lean out in time.

yeah, i think thats a bit out of control with the fat gain there. A competing bber shouldnt put on that much fat, and its also 9 weeks out! wtf. The guy is still huge and young so still has that going for him. Curious to see what he looks like in 9 weeks.

  17. His back looks terrible in those photos. He still prolly needs to lose another 40-50lbs...

  18. I think it is almost a rebound effect from pros who diet so hardcore, that once they can eat after competition, they do it to excess.

toney freeman has stated that he dosen't gain that much fat in his off season and that it is easier to diet down, plus he dosen't look like shlt in his off season either.

IMO, a bulk should be no more than 14-14.5% BF.

I agree -- I dont even compete and I don't plan to ever go higher than that ever again cause it's just such a ***** to get rid of the excess..

He's got some mad stretch marks around the chest that I never noticed before, and some crazy fat under his arms.. if he comes in looking great then I'll be pretty impressed!

  20. Is Trey working with Chad Nichols on this one ?

No I think he's currently working with Daniel Stuckart who said Trey is exactly where they want him to be at 9 weeks out. Hard to believe, but I think that he is so young, only 22, greatly helps him.

  22. As far as the fat gain goes, most people are going to agree with you that he let his fat gain get out of control, but Trey certainly isn't one. Trey is known for gaining an extreme amount of fat during the offseason. I know certain guys, like Reaper said Toney Freeman, and I know Dexter is the same way, they would rather stay lean and do a clean bulk between shows and feel that it's easier to prepare for shows, but I have seen numerous articles about Trey where he feels it's more effective to let himself go a little more and simply start his pre-comp diet a few weeks earlier than most guys would start to prepare.

You also have to remember that Trey isn't even pro yet. If you've ever seen pictures of many of the top pros now from before they were pro, a lot of them look like they are carrying a lot of fat during their offseasons. You have to be willing to gain decent amounts of fat in order to pack on extreme amounts of muscle in short periods of time, which is the goal of anyone trying to go pro.

  24. I assume that pros that have those bumps on their abs are injection marks of helios ?

Just about every single pro has those bumps on their abs and really close to their suit line on the inside of their leg.
