Are you asking me why I said he was ridiculous if he isn't placing?

Or did you meant to say "why ISN'T he placing or anything?"

The first answer is -- look at the guy. He is 275 lbs of muscle -- that is why he is ridiculous.

The second answer is -- he is competing in Canada, and I believe he is placing in those competitions.

  2. i just dont "hear" anything about wrath

  3. just to get back to Trey Brewer for a second, I saw some guest posing he did under 2 weeks ago and wasn't impressed. I honestly don't know if he'll be contest ready for such little time out.

  4. I saw those pictures too and no he definitely did not look 9 weeks out, but according to his trainer he looks exactly the way they planned. The fact that he is so young helps drastically with his ability to change and manipulate his body, but either way it's going to be interested if he can come in conditioned.

Heres the photos: Muscular Development Online Magazine

  5. Trey is still really fat. It is not necessary to get out of control fat when bulking.

I'm sure he'll use a bunch of drugs to lean out in time.

yeah, i think thats a bit out of control with the fat gain there. A competing bber shouldnt put on that much fat, and its also 9 weeks out! wtf. The guy is still huge and young so still has that going for him. Curious to see what he looks like in 9 weeks.

  7. His back looks terrible in those photos. He still prolly needs to lose another 40-50lbs...

  8. I think it is almost a rebound effect from pros who diet so hardcore, that once they can eat after competition, they do it to excess.

toney freeman has stated that he dosen't gain that much fat in his off season and that it is easier to diet down, plus he dosen't look like shlt in his off season either.

IMO, a bulk should be no more than 14-14.5% BF.

I agree -- I dont even compete and I don't plan to ever go higher than that ever again cause it's just such a ***** to get rid of the excess..

He's got some mad stretch marks around the chest that I never noticed before, and some crazy fat under his arms.. if he comes in looking great then I'll be pretty impressed!

  10. Is Trey working with Chad Nichols on this one ?

No I think he's currently working with Daniel Stuckart who said Trey is exactly where they want him to be at 9 weeks out. Hard to believe, but I think that he is so young, only 22, greatly helps him.

  12. As far as the fat gain goes, most people are going to agree with you that he let his fat gain get out of control, but Trey certainly isn't one. Trey is known for gaining an extreme amount of fat during the offseason. I know certain guys, like Reaper said Toney Freeman, and I know Dexter is the same way, they would rather stay lean and do a clean bulk between shows and feel that it's easier to prepare for shows, but I have seen numerous articles about Trey where he feels it's more effective to let himself go a little more and simply start his pre-comp diet a few weeks earlier than most guys would start to prepare.

You also have to remember that Trey isn't even pro yet. If you've ever seen pictures of many of the top pros now from before they were pro, a lot of them look like they are carrying a lot of fat during their offseasons. You have to be willing to gain decent amounts of fat in order to pack on extreme amounts of muscle in short periods of time, which is the goal of anyone trying to go pro.

  14. I assume that pros that have those bumps on their abs are injection marks of helios ?

Just about every single pro has those bumps on their abs and really close to their suit line on the inside of their leg.

  16. haha.
Trey Brewer: Not looking promising as for how far out his is and his guest pose, which can be seen at MD. BUT this is bodybuilding and fukced up shyt alwasy happens.

LEE: Well, to quote him, also form MD "Well, time to hit KFC, no comps this year, offseason" Soemthig along those lines from yesterday or so.

House: Does compete, also at MD(haha sorry im there alot) he just opend a thread on one coming up.

Animal: They are all juice monsters. haha

  17. LMFAO at those pics....
Trey Brewer looks like he should be wearing a pair of overalls and riding around on a John Deer tractor or Milking a cow or some sht out der in Arkansas or somewhere lol.....

And I've seen those pics of Lee before what a nut!! I could only imagine the type of gear he has to use to come in looking like that after that type of "binge eating".

  18. whst drugs do u think trey istaking to lean out?

at 22YO when do you thinkk evan/try startedd using?

  19. they are probably doing the switch hitter with clen and ephedrine.

  20. There's a funny video on youtube showing Priest dumping a big bag of candy out across the bed. Pretty hilarious if you ask me. I could never let myself go like that. I feel guilty after 1 cheat meal let alone a whole day or week of bingeing.

that first part is funny as hell cause it's so true! Now this is what Lee says, but hesays he takes it easy on the drugs.Says he hates having to look forward to getting pinned on a regular basis and he'd rather just eat alot of food to gain.He has been out for a while and now he's came back and in MD he said he hasn't used any drugs since he left.He said theirs no point if you're not competing.I believe him myslef. The guy was bigger than most will ever be as a teenager and he has a natural look.Of course much bigger than naturals though. He comes from a line of bb'rs.He's like a pit.Something would be wrong if he wasn't buff.(ironically at a short height)

Lee has a gift to say the very least for sure. And his small stature (really all shorter bb's) helps him to look/get so fcuking wide!! Def one of the greatest of ALL TIME IMO...(Your opinions don't matter anyways so...)

definately harder to fill your frame out at above 6foot esp with not so 'big' genetics. I always say if i was 5'8" or something like that i would be heeeeYuge!

But then you got arnold, lou, toney at 6' plus and markus and ronnie at just under 6'.......I guess they do have great genetics and lots of juice.

I like the look of shorter guys personally. And that backwards since I'm "shorter"It should be the other way around cause of the grass being greener on the other side and all. They have a pit bull look though and pits are the coolest most badass dogs ever!!!

Edit:whats that word you use hate?badass________

  27. just saw some more recent pics of trey brewer guest posing. I saw it on PM.com.....looked better but i think he still needs to not get so fat in the offseason.

I agree, I think it takes awhile via experience to know exactly what you're able to do in terms of cutting fat mass in X amount of time prior to a show. That or you have bastard genetics and can cut just by thinking really hard about it. Either way, not sure Trey is at either point.

I think Lee had his body's cut-ability down to a science, so he could afford to go hungry hungry hippo in the off season and come in with jaw line striation.

agree also. i think trey might be falling in the gear crutch catergory too early. THinking you can get away with eating poor and gear will always help save the day. I cant imagine the doses he will be doing when he is 30 if he is still in the game.

  30. Lee loves to eat!He says it all the time.In the latest MD he says he hates dieting and does it only for the fans.So therefore he hasn't dieted in a couple yr's I believe? How long has he been out/banned?That will be interesting to see,He says it's just harder to get through though.
