Just watched this YouTube video about the evolution of bodybuilding. Changes my view on how hard I'm working, dieting; there is always more to give. This video shows just how competitive this sport has been and it's only getting harder. Props to all of you who compete and good luck.

This is the exact reason I love this sport! It is competitive not only with the other people on stand but with yourself. To see how far you can push yourself and to see exactly what the human body is capable is awesome! Thanks for the post I will find this video and watch it!
