He died of heart failure at 93. I think it's safe to say natural causes .

Joe's bro Ben died a few years ago. Joe had his good and bad, but he brought the fitness muscle craze out of the caves and into mainstream public eyes. I will always thank/respect him for that.

Nassar El Sonbaty also passed. Huge man. He was much younger at 48.
